Glarex Projector Screen

The item  visible in the following pics , is not strictly tied to a particular need because now  cameras of any kind replaced it , but, lured by the price , not very high (around 70 € on the web), I wanted purchase it as a supplement for my Zeiss photomicroscope III! assure that the visual impact is really impressive!

when you have not a camera, or you don’t like  assemble and disassemble the same, or where special light sources are used as the UV, then this screen can help you.The piece presents fairly generous in size and weight but not enough to worry the head and arm of the old Zeiss, but the real gem is a 1.9 V motor mounted on the top, this is a new compared to the previous projection models.

This engine, by a mechanism, move one of the two frosted glass (rear one) to oscillatory so that the texture of the grinding (though thin) is  totally invisible, which makes it possible to observe even the most minute details of the sample.

NOTE:

When i recived package switch did not working good. My idea was to replace it, but when i opened it i found  the problem..ossidation in surfaces of contact (pics below)…so i polished the surfaces whit Xilolo (ATTENTION: carcinogens product, avoid to breathe fumes) and assempled again all parts. Now it work very very good. If you want to disassemble the switch, please make attentino to not loose the spring and small pieces of insulator material.
